About the Work:

The persistence of a fateful image and the need to hold on to it imply the unfolding of a memory. A memory thus suspended between multiple versions of the same event, between the representations of a past and a present already lived, between figuration and abstraction, between film and photography, between a still image and a moving image.

Intrusive impressions of other lives overlap with our memory, exposing us to a monitored reality in which we wonder who is looking and what to look at.
