My artistic research explores the Anthropocene, driven by concerns over the political and environmental crises fueling climate change.

While global warming dominates public discourse, another urgent issue—the overwhelming plastic waste polluting our oceans—often goes overlooked.

Contemporary Wraps #12, a video performance, emulates the distress of an animal ensnared by plastic debris, confronting viewers with this silent ecological emergency.

As a multimedia artist influenced by environmental and ecological theories, I aim to create work that fosters engagement and empathy toward our ecosystems.

My practice draws inspiration from the vast plastic gyre in the Pacific Ocean—the largest accumulation of plastic waste on Earth.

This floating landfill, a threat to marine life, serves as a potent symbol of environmental neglect.

Through this piece, I seek to highlight the urgency of the crisis and inspire reflection on our collective responsibility.
