This video explores my personal experience with postpartum depression—a challenging period in my life.

While crocheting a baby shoe, I give form to the overwhelming thoughts and emotions that accompanied me during that time: fear, loneliness, guilt, and the sense of not being enough.

Each scene reflects the internal struggles I faced as a mother, alongside the heavy burden of social expectations to remain strong and perfect.

This work seeks not only to share my experience but also to shed light on and normalize a reality many women endure in silence.
