About the Work:

It’s part of the “Video glitch Kernell” series of experiments. The present work is constituted by personal footage corrupted with HexFiend. The sound used in the video is the media archive converted (data bend) and edited in Audacity and Pure Data. In my artistic research I aim to erase the boundaries between image and sound, expanding the way to perceive visuals and audio. There’s also an interest regarding the aesthetic of error and how it can be used to relate to the fact that memory can be a faulty medium.
