Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy
Effective Date: January 2023
1. Author Certification
By submitting any work, applicants certify that they are the sole intellectual author and hold all legal rights to the content, including idea, script, visuals, sound, and any incorporated materials.
2. Indemnification
Applicants agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Experimental Loop Inc. from any claims, disputes, legal actions, or liabilities arising from copyright infringement, unauthorized use, or third-party rights violations.
3. Authorization to Use
If selected, applicants authorize Experimental Loop to display, reproduce, distribute, and publicly present their work, excerpts, or still images for non-commercial purposes related to promotion, documentation, archiving, and institutional communication, without geographic or temporal limitation.
4. Collection Status
Approved works become part of the Experimental Loop Collection as a living, non-commercial archive. This inclusion is permanent and irrevocable once accepted.
5. No Commercial Exploitation
Experimental Loop does not commercially exploit submitted works. No royalties, licensing fees, or compensation arise from inclusion in the collection.
